Our spacious, full service clubhouse is the perfect choice for your business meeting, wedding reception, holiday party, luncheon, or dinner party.

Our friendly, courteous staff specializes in organizing all types of functions and is capable of designing an event. With seating up to 150 in our formal dining room overlooking our beautiful golf course, and additional seating of 50 in our elegant champion’s room, we are pleased to offer you first-rate accommodations with the finest amenities. We offer spectacular photo opportunities on our golf course including our 12th Hole Vista overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard.

  • GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATIONS
    • A deposit of the full room rental is needed to secure your date. Cancellation within 120 days for Friday and Saturday events and within 90 days for Sunday through Thursday events will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Final pay for venue area selection is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Final menu selection and preliminary guest count is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date. The Final Guest Count is due seven (7) days prior to event. This number is the minimum number that your event will be charged. If we do not receive a final count we will charge according to your preliminary count. We will be prepared to serve 5% above the final guarantee. Applicable sales tax as well as a 20% service charge will be applied to all food and beverage purchases.

      The final bill based on the final count given by the host will be due two (2) business days prior to your event. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Any incidentals or additional charges that occur on the date of the event will be due upon completion of the event.

  • FOOD AND BEVERAGE GUIDELINES
    • All food and beverage consumed on site must be purchased through The Rockwall Golf & Athletic Club with exception of “Themed” deserts such as wedding cakes and birthday cakes. Due to health code regulations, leftovers may not leave the premises.

      All Texas state liquor laws pertaining to minors as well as consumption will be enforced. We reserve the right to not serve any individuals that management or employees consider to have consumed alcohol in excess of what they can legally handle. Absolutely no alcohol may be brought on to the premises, nor can alcohol purchased from the club leave the premises. No alcoholic beverages will be served without valid I.D. Only one drink may be served per person at any one time.

      Any person attempting to serve an alcoholic beverage to a minor will be asked to leave the premises.
      The consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor is a serious violation of state and federal laws and will be treated as a crime. Our staff is fully trained to ask for age identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 and is trying to obtain alcohol. We ask that you inform any guests who may be under the legal drinking age of our policy.

      Security is not required however it is recommended for larger events. Any damage caused to the facility will be the financial responsibility of the host.

  • POOL GUIDELINES
    • The adult pool only is available for events. There is a maximum occupancy of forty (40) people. For every 15 people, one (1) lifeguard is required. Three (3) lifeguards are required for the maximum occupancy of forty (40) people. Lifeguards are priced at $25 per lifeguard per hour. Rented pool area is for two (2) hours. Each additional hour is $150.

  • AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
    • The facility is wired with Wi-Fi and the use of it is complimentary. Additionally, we offer the use of TV monitors for pictures, videos and PowerPoint presentations free of charge. Items that are available for rental include: Portable Screen, Podium and Portable Speaker System with microphone. However, the event host will be responsible for supplying a thumbdrive in a usable format. We suggest you test your presentation a few days prior to your event.
